Shipping, Returns and Refunds

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 7–15 calendar days from the date you place your order. In exceptional circumstances or when an item is out of stock, delivery may take up to 30 calendar days.

Returns and Exchanges

You may request a return without giving a reason within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

You may request a return or exchange within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. This 7-day return and exchange period does not shorten the 14-day no-reason return period stated above.

Refunds Without a Return

In exceptional circumstances, a refund without returning the item may be available. Please contact us to discuss your request.
